CARDIO

AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE (AMRAP) CIRCUIT

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes

Give yourself a 2 minute rest between each round

HIGH KNEES
20 reps each side

DUMBBELL ALTERNATING PUNCHES
20 reps each side

LUNGE JUMPS
20 reps each side

SPIDERMAN PLANKS
20 reps each side

BURPEES
10 reps
